Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules and local laws: * Check-in time starts at 3 PM and check-out time is before 11 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. * No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain the peaceful environment around. In case of any damage or mess caused during your stay, penalties may apply. * If you plan to invite guests, kindly inform us beforehand and ensure they follow the house rules. The renter is fully responsible for their guests, including any injuries or damages caused by them. * To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in any form within the premises, including indoor and outdoor areas, deck included. If the unit smells like smoke after your visit we will have to levy a $395 charge. * No pets are allowed in the property, and any evidence of a pet present will incur a $250 extra cleaning charge.
