We loved our stay and we’ll be back. This is one of the best AirBnB’s we’ve ever stayed at. It’s beautiful. The unit was incredible, very modern and such amazing decor and design. The beds and pillows were like staying at a 5 star hotel. So comfy. We really appreciated the unlimited drinking water, ample towels, beach chairs and all of the thoughtful inclusions and amenities. We felt incredibly safe and at home. It’s a very quiet and peaceful part of Sayulita. Can’t wait to return!

John & Shawn’s place was exactly as described—if not better. The home is beautiful, perched on a hill with incredible ocean views from the pool and rooftop. It was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and Turkish towels. Every detail felt intentional. The beds were new and very comfortable, and the towels were plush and fresh. The location was perfect—peaceful and away from late-night noise, yet an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and great breakfast spots. Shawn’s recommendations for restaurants, beaches, groceries, and golf cart rentals were spot on and made our stay even better. Communication was excellent. They even had beach toys delivered for our kids and accommodated an early arrival, which we really appreciated. Above and beyond. A perfect home with outstanding hosts—ideal for making lasting family memories.

Wonderful new studio, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully organized. Well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Amazing rooftop patio and pool with view on the ocean. John and Shawn were excellent hosts, just perfect overall!

We had an amazing stay in Sayulita thanks to John and Shawn! They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely great hosts from start to finish. We honestly can’t think of a single thing the accommodation was missing — everything we needed and more was thoughtfully provided, which made for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. Their hospitality made our vacation even more enjoyable. I would give 6 stars if I could. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Sayulita!

This place is exactly as listed, perfect for two, clean and in pristine condition. It’s in a quiet area, but still within walking distance to everything. Shawn and John were always super responsive and gave awesome recommendations! We were sad to leave and would definitely return.

Quiet and comfortable studio with beautiful view rooftop pool. Close to great restaurants and beach. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Hosts were easy and quick to communicate with.

Shawn and John provided plenty of helpful tips and were very responsive. The place was great, quiet but also very walkable to the town. Would stay here again. Loved sayulita and this condo was right on the north side of town.

Great location for visiting Sayulita. Nice that it’s slightly away from main areas but very easy to get around to beaches/town. Very comfortable bed and clean space with thoughtful small touches (…and beach towels added bonus), plus the beautiful views upstairs from roof deck/pool to hang out at end of the day. Excellent communication from the Hosts, as well as a bunch of helpful hints and easy- to-follow recommendations. Thanks again.

We had a lovely stay here. They did a beautiful job with the decor and the space is really nicely kept. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning. We love the North side of Sayulita for its peaceful, quiet vibes. The place is easily walkable to everywhere, but we always get golf carts anyway, which does just make it easier. The only thing I will say about this place, which really wasn’t an issue for us, but could potentially be for someone else, is that there is almost zero privacy in the bathrooms. The doors are slatted barn doors, so provide no privacy and the door to the toilet itself is only partially frosted a there’s no latch or anything. Again, this really wasn’t a big deal for our group, but a few jokes were made and I could see it potentially being an issue for a specific type of group, so best to know that. Overall, this is most definitely a 5-star stay and was perfect for our family of 5 for the week!
